Refund and Exchange

Your joy matters to us when you receive the product

• Once processed and shipped, the bracelet is considered yours! If you would like to change the design after it has been shipped, we will happily re-send you the new bracelet that you picked but you’ll have to pay the return fee of original and new shipping fee for new item. 
• If there is a defect, please do contact us within 7 days for a replacement and provide us pictures for verification. 
• The returned items must be in its original packaging. 
• If the bracelet breaks within 6 months from receiving date, we will be glad to send you a new bracelet based on available stocks.
• All item/s must be returned to Ounces of Hope before the refund is made.
